1. Introduction

SavorovaS (operated by Clements Holdings LLC) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account data: name, email, password (hashed). 2.2 Usage data: recipes generated, ingredients, dietary preferences, taste profile, subscription tier. For Trend Pulse subscribers, we also collect behavioral trend data as described in Section 2.4. 2.3 Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. 2.4 Behavioral Profiling — Savi Trend Pulse: For Trend Pulse subscribers, we collect: trend saves (UserTrendLibrary), alert preferences (TrendAlert), content calendar interactions (TrendCalendarItem), AI personalization signals, and subscription/feature usage patterns. We do NOT collect location data in Phase 1. Yelp and Google Places integrations are deferred to Phase 2 and will require a separate Privacy Impact Assessment.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the platform, personalize your experience, process payments, send service communications, and generate AI-powered recipe and trend recommendations.

4. Lawful Basis (GDPR)

4.1 Behavioral Profiling Lawful Basis: Processing of behavioral trend data is conducted under Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have conducted a balancing assessment and determined that personalization of trend recommendations is a legitimate interest that does not override user rights. EEA/UK users have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting privacy@savorovas.com.

5. AI Processing & Data

When you interact with Savi, your inputs (text or voice) are transmitted to and processed by our AI infrastructure providers, which may include OpenAI and other technology partners. These providers process your queries to generate responses and may retain data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend you do not share sensitive personal information in your interactions with Savi. AI-generated outputs are associated with your account to enable features like recipe history and cookbooks. You may delete your recipe history through your account settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (GoSquared). You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Base44 (infrastructure), and analytics providers. No third-party advertising.

8. Data Retention

Account data retained while your account is active plus 90 days after deletion. Behavioral trend data retained for 12 months then anonymized.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure payment processing through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To opt out of behavioral profiling, contact privacy@savorovas.com. CCPA users may request data deletion. GDPR users may exercise Article 21 right to object.

11. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
